Mis(sed)communication revisits the basic premise of Kit Galloway and Sherrie Rabinowitz 1980 artwork "Hole in Space".
Mis(sed)communication aims to place the videoconferencing system between nations/people in conflict. Ideally placing such items in public and heavily trafficked areas
(busy roads, markets, downtown squares, etc.)
Like "A Hole in Space" the idea would not to really push any agenda, but rather see what transpires between people - anger,understanding, more hatred, a mutual compassion.
It is not the purpose or desire of Mis(sed)communication to bring better understanding between conflicted people, but rather allow for objective mediation and
possible communication to occur.
